We have a fixed income and four pets, so it seems like there’s always something going on with one of them. We have insurance, but that doesn’t help you in the moment when a surprise bill comes up and you aren’t sure how you are going to pay it to begin with and insurance takes weeks or months to be reimbursed. Knowing GoFetchPay was an option was a huge relief for me. In fact, I was in the process of setting it up because we have a sick dog and the budget this week is tight. Now I have to decide between regular expenses and taking my dog to the vet. This is a huge disappointment.

The fact that ASPCA and GoFetchPay have parted ways is distressing and of absolutely no help.

This brought on financial hardship and I am now racing the clock to find funding for this surgery.

If I was to have a large vet bill, even with pet insurance, I still have to pay up front and wait 30 or more days for reimbursement.

If I don't have the funds up front, my pet won't be able to get the treatment needed.

I had hoped to use this service in the future so I could get treatment my pet may need and have time to pay.

Why is GoFetch Pay no longer available?

GoFetch Pay and ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance have decided to mutually end their partnership. As a result, GoFetch Pay services are no longer available to policyholders.

Can I still use GoFetch Pay if I already have it installed?

Effective immediately, GoFetch Pay is no longer available for use. We recommend uninstalling the app from your device.

What if I have an existing loan?

If you currently have an outstanding loan with us, we want to assure you that we are here to help you navigate this process. Your loan remains due based on your original terms. You can continue making payments directly through the GoFetch Pay app or via our online portal using your existing login credentials. To access the online portal, simply click here.
